414 Light Street

414 Light Street is a 44 story, 394 unit apartment tower adjacent to Baltimore's Inner Harbor. The roof was topped out at 500 feet in November 2017 and the building opened for occupancy in August 2018. The LEED Silver Certified building was designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz.
